About the Harkins
Our Passion is to Partner with Pastors and Leaders to Catalyze Multiplying Movements of Disciple Making across the South Pacific
Kevin is a graduate of Life Pacific College where he studied pastoral ministry and first developed a passion for missions. Upon graduating, he served in lay ministry positions at Puyallup Foursquare before becoming the youth pastor at Downtown Chapel in Brea, California. It was there he met the love of his life while trying to decide whether or not he wanted to take a discipleship class (OSL) he knew nothing about.
Jessica was born and raised in the East Bay Area, outside of San Francisco. She graduated with her BA from UCLA, which is where she truly began her relationship with Jesus, thanks to Campus Crusade. She immediately had a heart for, and call to the nations. Upon graduation she interned at The Rock in Anaheim, California and began taking OSL, which dramatically impacted her life. She then moved to Michigan to assist in launching The Rock’s first satellite campus. After five years she returned to Southern California to oversee Operation Solid Lives, leading it’s international expansion and online development.
We have now been married for seven years! We’ve lived in Miami, Manchester (UK), pastored a Rock satellite campus together in Hesperia, California for three years. During those three years in Hesperia we had the joy of expanding our family. We are now Foursquare & OSL missionaries to the South Pacific, living in Auckland, New Zealand.
Our Kids: Cohen & Selah
Selah Joy is 6, has lots of character, loves playing with her big brother, holding our cat, dancing, painting, fort building and most every kind of food.
Cohen Valor is 7, loves building, wrestling, swimming, jumping on the trampoline and playing with his little sister.

The Rock
We have been raised up under the discipleship and leadership of Pastors Jerry & Kimberly Dirmann, senior pastors of The Rock. As our “sending church”, they provide both care and accountability.

Foursquare Missions International
We are both licensed as U.S. Foursquare Pastors, and approved as U.S. Foursquare Missionaries. As our “sending organization”, they provide training, accountability, and administrative/financial support while on the mission field.
